These Terms of Service (these "Terms") govern your access to this website (the "Site") and your purchase of the Clemente 21 digital collectible bobblehead from 21 In Right, Inc. ("21 In Right," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, checking the acceptance box at checkout, or otherwise using the Site to complete a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not submit information through the Site and do not complete a purchase.

1. The seller

1.1 21 In Right, Inc. is the seller. 21 In Right is the Clemente family Licensing Corporation responsible for protecting, preserving, and advancing the Roberto Clemente legacy.

1.2 Datavault AI provides technology that supports the digital collectible. Datavault AI is not the seller of the collectible on the Site.

1.3 Payments appear on your statement as 21INRIGHT

Card details are handled by our payment processor. This Site never receives your full card number.

2. What you are buying

2.1 You are purchasing a digital collectible bobblehead held in a Datavault account under the email address you use at checkout. It is not a physical bobblehead.

2.2 It is not a security, an investment product, or an offer of securities.

2.3 Every Universal is identical to every other Universal

Every Signature is identical to every other Signature. Scarcity of the Signature edition comes from its supply cap, not from unit numbering.

2.4 Secondary-sale and transfer details will be confirmed separately

Nothing in these Terms promises a market, a resale price, or a right to sell.

3. Editions, price, and quantity

3.1 Universal is an open edition offered at five U.S. dollars ($5.00) during the sales period.

3.2 Signature is a limited edition offered at twenty-one U.S. dollars ($21.00). It features Roberto Clemente’s signature on the bat against an enhanced background. Once the cap is reached, no more Signature editions will be issued.

3.3 You may purchase Universal and Signature in the same order. Each is charged at its listed price.

3.4 You may purchase up to twenty-five collectibles per order. For team, sponsor, or program orders, email support@21inright.com.

3.5 Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are due in full at checkout.

4. How you buy

4.1 Checkout is hosted by our payment processor

Accepted methods include Apple Pay, Cash App, and card, as offered by the processor at the time of payment. On a computer, Cash App may show a QR code to scan with a phone.

4.2 The email address you enter at checkout becomes your Datavault account. You do not need a crypto wallet or a seed phrase to complete the purchase.

4.3 An order is not complete until the processor confirms payment. We may decline or cancel an order if payment fails, is flagged as fraudulent, or cannot be completed.

5. Sale period

5.1 The sale is offered from September 15, 2026 through September 29, 2026, 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, unless we close it earlier.

5.2 Signature may sell out before the end of the sales period.

6. Intellectual property and affiliation

6.1 Roberto Clemente™ is used under exclusive license by 21 In Right, Inc.

6.2 The Site and the collectible are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball or the Pittsburgh Pirates.

6.3 Art shown on the Site is the current design. We may make non-material technical adjustments needed to issue the collectible.

6.4 You receive the digital collectible issued to your account. You do not receive ownership of the underlying artwork, trademarks, or other intellectual property, except the limited rights that come with the issued collectible.

7. Refunds

7.1 Questions about an order, including refund requests, should be sent to support@21inright.com.

7.2 We will honor any refund or cancellation right that applicable law requires.

7.3 Because the product is a digital collectible issued to an account, a refund may require that the issued collectible be revoked or cancelled. We will explain the effect of a refund when we respond.

7.4 Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled through the payment processor and your card issuer.

8. Privacy

8.1 Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information submitted through the Site. It is incorporated into these Terms.

8.2 The Site is directed to individuals located in the United States. Individuals located outside the United States should not submit information through the Site.

9. Acceptable use

9.1 You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and only to browse, inquire, or purchase on your own behalf, or on behalf of a person who has authorized you.

9.2 You may not interfere with the Site, attempt to circumvent quantity limits except through the team-order process in Section 3.4, or submit false payment or contact information.

10. Changes

10.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and effective date in the masthead will change. The Terms in effect when you complete a purchase apply to that purchase.

11. Governing law

11.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except to the extent another jurisdiction’s law applies by its own force.

11.2 If a provision is held invalid, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will continue.
